Function of Organization/Site
Cornerstone Community Housing provides hope, help and homes to men experiencing homelessness, as we work to address needs in our community. Earl’s Place is a transitional housing program, is located in Baltimore City and houses 17 men at a time. In addition to experiencing homelessness, all of the residents have substance use disorders. Prospect Place is a Housing First permanent supportive housing program in Baltimore County that houses 12 chronically homeless men with disabilities in studio apartments. Both programs work to provide the men with stability and the opportunities to live positive and productive lives.
