SOURCE partners with more than 100 Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Baltimore City. CBOs provide meaningful community engagement activities for our students, faculty and staff, including one-time service projects, long-term projects, scholarly projects, internships, FWS positions, short-term consultant projects and more.

GEDCO (Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation)
In partnership with faith-based and community organizations, GEDCO provided affordable housing, supportive services, and emergency assistance to community residents.
Gilchrist Hospice Care
Helps by providing the emotional support and end-of-life expertise needed to keep loved ones at home and out of the hospital; also provides ongoing counseling, spiritual support and other assistance critical to ensuring that your loved one’s remaining time is comfortable, meaningful, and pain-free.
Lori's Hands
Lori's Hands builds mutually beneficial partnerships between community members with chronic illness and college students, fostering empathy, connection, and resilience. Students provide practical assistance to support community members' independence at home, and community members share their health and life experiences to support students' learning.
