SOURCE Community Service Awards
As a part of National Volunteer Week annually held in April (this year to be held April 24 - April 29) SOURCE annually presents awards to individuals and student groups that have shown a strong commitment to community engagement, service-learning and public health practice. SOURCE Community Service Awards are given for outstanding service and exemplary partnership with community-based organizations within the following categories:
- Individual Student Award for Excellence in Service – 1 from each school: BSPH, SON, SOM
- Student Group Award for Excellence in Service – 1 from each school: BSPH, SON, SOM
- Faculty Award for Excellence in Service-Learning
- Community Mentor – leader from a SOURCE partner non-profit
- Alumni Award
- Staff Award
Awards will be presented at the Volunteer Appreciation and Awards Luncheon on Wed, April 26, 2023
