SOURCE partners with more than 100 Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in Baltimore City. CBOs provide meaningful community engagement activities for our students, faculty and staff, including one-time service projects, long-term projects, scholarly projects, internships, FWS positions, short-term consultant projects and more.

Baltimore American Indian Center

The Baltimore American Indian Center’s mission is to support Native Americans and Alaskan Natives in the Baltimore region by serving as a community focal point, providing opportunities to practice and maintain invaluable Native American culture while tenaciously protecting it against extinction, educating natives and non-natives in American Indian cultural practices, as well as serving as an indispensable conduit for individuals and organizations seeking to establish dialog and offer support to the Native American community. 

International Rescue Committee

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Baltimore helps refugees and other humanitarian immigrants become self sufficient and integrated in communities across central Maryland and strengthens the social and economic health of Baltimore City.

Mi Espacio

"Mi Espacio" is an afterschool youth leadership development program sponsored by CASA de Maryland. The primary goal of the program is to provide a supportive environment where Latino high school students can gain the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to graduate from high school and achieve their post-secondary dreams.
