The Identity Clinic

A Partnership Between JHU SOURCE and Living Classrooms Foundation

identityclinic

The Identity Clinic, a partnership between JHU SOURCE and the Living Classrooms Foundation, seeks to assist Baltimore City residents who were formerly incarcerated, are experiencing homelessness or in recovery obtain their basic identification such as social security cards and birth certificates. Volunteers at The Identity Clinic guide clients through the costly and cumbersome process of reclaiming their identity. Any JHU student, staff, or faculty from the three health professional schools who is interested in engaging with the community is encouraged to volunteer.
