SOURCE Community Service Awards

As a part of National Volunteer Week (April 23rd – April 28th, 2018), SOURCE annually presents awards to individuals and groups that have shown a strong commitment to community engagement, service-learning and public health practice. The 2018 award categories include: 

Nominations for 2018 SOURCE Community Service Service Awards can be submitted HERE.

SOURCE is partnering with JHSPH Office of Public Health Practice and Training for the Practice in Baltimore awards for School of Public Health affiliates. Nominations and eligibility for Practice in Baltimore can be found by clicking HERE. Categories for Practice in Baltimore include: 

SOURCE Community Service Awards are given for outstanding service and exemplary partnership with community-based organizations, and are presented at the Volunteer Appreciation and Awards Luncheon during National Volunteer Week.

All submissions must be received by Wed, Mar 14 at 11:59 pm. Proposals will be available on Wed, Feb 14.
